Nomura Securities initiates coverage on Leap Wireless (NASDAQ: LEAP) with a Neutral. PT $10.00.
Analyst Mike McCormack said, "We have a negatively biased outlook for the prepaid industry and see multiple influences perpetuating EBITDA pressure. We are more positively biased toward PCS shares versus LEAP; however, we see industry pricing risk dictating price performance for both stocks, but expect typical seasonality to support both stocks in the near term."
