Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Linn Co, LLC (NASDAQ: LNCO) with a Neutral. PT $44.00.
The firm comments, "While we are positive on Linn's flexible production program, highly hedged cash flows and low-risk asset base, we remain concerned about its natural gas liquid (NGL) exposure, high maintenance spending and reliance on the capital markets. We see long-term distribution growth of 3-5%, below the 5-6% we see for Energy MLPs."
