Stocks Fade Early Gains, NASDAQ Near Flat Line

After opening strong on the back of the China rate cut news, stocks have been fading all day and now the NASDAQ is near the flat line Big NASDAQ name Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL) (NASDAQ: GOOG) is pushing to the lows and Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) is red.

At the beginning of the hour, headlines hit from Xinhua that the China rate cut was not a signal of a big liquidity ease.
