Stocks Drift Towards Lows

After opening sharply lower, stocks rebounded Tuesday morning but gave up gains in the second half of the trading session, as indexes drifted towards earlier lows.

The S&P 500 is lower by 1%. Nasdaq is off 1.25%, and Dow is lower by 0.8%.
