Nasdaq Turns Positive as Markets Stem Losses (DIA)

Markets are largely rising Wednesday following negative trading most of the session.

The Nasdaq is just popping into positive territory, up about 0.1 percent mid-afternoon.

The S&P 500 is down 0.1 percent and DJIA is off 0.3 percent.
