YETI Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: YETI) announced that Scott Bomar will join the outdoor products company as chief financial officer effective February 23, 2026. Bomar will replace Mike McMullen, who served as CFO for three years and will remain in an advisory role through May 31, 2026.
Bomar joins YETI from The Home Depot, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance since October 2022. During his nearly two-decade tenure at Home Depot, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including leading the company's $5 billion Home Services business unit and overseeing retail operations in China.
Before his most recent role at Home Depot, Bomar served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Deluxe Corporation, a payments and business technology company. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
"Scott brings to YETI more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership across global, consumer‑focused retail environments," said Matt Reintjes, YETI's President and CEO, in a statement.
McMullen joined YETI in 2016, two years before the company went public in 2018. He led the finance function during a period of expansion for the Austin, Texas-based company.
"It has been a privilege to lead our exceptional finance function and be a part of the YETI team over the past decade," McMullen said in the announcement.
The transition comes as YETI continues to focus on product innovation and global expansion in the outdoor products market.
