Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM) announced that Craig Conti will step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 4, 2026, to take a role at a private company outside of Verra Mobility's industry.
The company's board has engaged executive search firm Spencer Stuart to conduct a search for a permanent CFO replacement. Verra Mobility said it expects to appoint an interim CFO in the meantime.
The company stated that Conti's departure is not related to its financial or operating results, nor to any disagreements regarding financial, operational, accounting, or reporting policies or practices.
Interim President and CEO Jon Keyser said in a statement: "I am grateful for Craig's leadership, partnership and contributions to the Company. On behalf of all of us at Verra Mobility, I wish him well in his next chapter."
Verra Mobility also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, originally presented on Aug. 5, 2026. The company said it will release third-quarter 2026 financial results before market open on Oct. 30, 2026, but will not hold an earnings conference call due to the pending leadership transitions. The company said it expects to resume quarterly earnings calls beginning with its fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results.
