Urban Infrastructure Group COO and director Luca Filice resigns

Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. (TSXV: UIG) announced that Luca Filice has resigned from his positions as Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company, effective September 25, 2026.

Gary Alves, Chief Executive Officer of UIG, said in a statement: "We sincerely thank Luca for his hard work, commitment and contributions to UIG. We appreciate the time he has spent with the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."

The company, based in Brampton, Ontario, said it will provide further information regarding any changes to its management structure and Board of Directors as applicable. No replacement for the COO role was announced.

UIG is a concrete and drainage infrastructure construction company specializing in large-scale, master-planned residential communities in Ontario.
