TrueBlue promotes Mike Kruszewski to president of PeopleReady unit

TrueBlue (NYSE: TBI) appointed Mike Kruszewski as President of PeopleReady On-Demand, expanding his role within the workforce solutions company, according to a company statement.

Kruszewski joined PeopleReady in November 2025 as Head of Sales and will now lead the PeopleReady On-Demand business with responsibility for strategy, sales, and operational performance. The company said he has contributed to advancing its territory-based operating model and expanding sales capacity in priority markets.

"Since joining, Mike has sharpened our sales strategy, clarified success metrics, and aligned our teams to execute within our territory-based structure," said Taryn Owen, President and CEO of TrueBlue.

Kruszewski brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales and operations. Before joining TrueBlue, he held senior positions at Aramark, Quaker Oats, and Pepsi, where he led teams and managed operations across distributed organizations.

TrueBlue provides specialized workforce solutions through its brands including PeopleReady, PeopleScout, Staff Management | SMX, Centerline, SIMOS, and Healthcare Staffing Professionals. The Tacoma, Washington-based company states it has connected more than 10 million people with work and served over 3 million clients across various industries since its founding.
