Timken creates CCO and COO roles, names two executives

The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) announced the creation of two new executive positions and named the leaders who will fill them, both effective Sept. 1, according to a press release issued July 31, 2026.

Tim Graham has been appointed executive vice president and chief commercial officer. Graham currently serves as executive vice president and president of Timken's Industrial Motion business and has been with the company for more than two decades. In his new role, he will oversee enterprise-wide commercial strategy, marketing, sales execution, and revenue growth across regions.

Steve Ribaudo has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. Ribaudo joins Timken from Carrier Global Corp., where he most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Commercial HVAC, Americas. He previously held senior roles at Collins Aerospace and United Technologies. In his new role, he will lead operations, procurement, supply chain, and end-to-end profit and loss ownership.

"This change is designed to enhance execution, speed and accountability to accelerate profitable growth and better serve our customers," said Lucian Boldea, president and chief executive officer.

The company said the two roles are part of a broader organizational structure it calls "One Timken," aimed at coordinating global operations and commercial strategy. Timken reported $4.6 billion in sales in 2025 and employs approximately 19,000 people across 45 countries.
