Tesla (TSLA) Board Member Al Darmaki Resigns

H.E. Ahmed Saif Al Darmaki resigned from the Board of Directors of Tesla Motors, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA) effective as of the date of the Company’s 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2012 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Al Darmaki’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.

Al Darmaki will not stand for re-election to the Board at the 2012 Annual Meeting as a result of his resignation.
