Teladoc Health names Michael Grasher as new CFO

Teladoc Health, Inc. (NYSE: TDOC) has appointed Michael Grasher as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.



Grasher brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, including over 12 years in CFO roles at public and privately held companies.



He most recently served as CFO of IFG Companies, a privately held property-casualty insurance organization, where he oversaw financial reporting, planning and analysis, and treasury management. Before that, he held CFO and Executive Vice President roles at Fortegra, a specialty insurer with U.S. and European operations, and at AMERISAFE (NYSE), a publicly traded specialty workers' compensation insurance provider, where he led financial reporting, capital management and investor relations.



Earlier in his career, Grasher spent more than a decade in equity research as a buy- and sell-side analyst, including as a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray, now known as Piper Sandler.
