SentinelOne names Sonalee Parekh as CFO effective March 2026

SentinelOne (NYSE: S) announced the appointment of Sonalee Parekh as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 24, 2026. Parekh will oversee global financial operations including financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations.



Barry Padgett will continue as Interim CFO until Parekh's start date and will lead the company's fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2026 earnings report.



Parekh brings over 25 years of experience in public software and technology companies. She most recently served as CFO of Asana, where she led the global finance organization. Prior to that, she was CFO of RingCentral, helping scale the business to over $2 billion in annual recurring revenue. She also held senior finance roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Divisional CFO and Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations.



"Sonalee's proven track record of scaling global software organizations and driving financial discipline makes her the perfect fit to lead SentinelOne's next phase of profitable growth," said Tomer Weingarten, CEO of SentinelOne.



Parekh stated that SentinelOne is positioned at the convergence of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity trends.
