SalesCloser Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: SCAI) (OTCQB: SCTLF) (FSE: MJ5) has appointed Jacky He as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, according to a company press release.
He will succeed Adrian Lim, who is stepping down as CFO on October 31, 2026. Lim is expected to remain with the company in an outside advisory capacity. He will also assume the CFO role at Wishpond Technologies Ltd., SalesCloser's majority shareholder.
He joined Wishpond in 2020 as a Senior Accountant and rose to Senior Manager of Accounting, with responsibilities covering both Wishpond and SalesCloser. He was part of the finance team that took SalesCloser public in March 2026 and has since led day-to-day financial reporting and audit work alongside Lim.
Earlier in his career, He held accounting and finance roles at Oppy and Avocette Technologies Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Thompson Rivers University and a Diploma in Financial Management (Accounting) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
In his new role, He will report to Ali Tajskandar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and will oversee finance, accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax, and capital planning functions.
"My focus will be on sound financial management and clear, consistent communication with our investors," He said in the statement.
Lim has served as SalesCloser's CFO since the company's public listing in March 2026. Tajskandar acknowledged Lim's contributions, noting he "played a pivotal role as SalesCloser became a standalone public company."
