Resource Centrix announces CFO resignation and board changes

Resource Centrix Holdings Inc. (CSE: RECE) (OTCID: RECHF) announced changes to its board of directors and chief financial officer position, effective October 8, 2026.

Chun Jeffrey Wong resigned from his roles as chief financial officer and director of the Vancouver-based company. Sai Shun Ng was appointed as the incoming chief financial officer.

Yau Tai Elaine Ng and Willis Ng were appointed to the company's board of directors, also effective October 8, 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Cheuk Chung Chan stated: "On behalf of the Company, I would like to thank Jeffrey for his contributions and support during his time as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company."

Wong said he would assist with an orderly handover of his responsibilities.
