Realbotix names fractional CMO ahead of Echo robot launch
Realbotix Corp. (TSX-V: XBOT, OTC: XBOTF) has appointed David Binkowski as fractional Chief Marketing Officer, according to a press release from the company. Binkowski will serve in the role through his firm, Large Media LLC.
Binkowski will oversee the go-to-market strategy for Realbotix's Echo series humanoid robots, which the company says will be available for direct-to-consumer orders in the coming weeks. His responsibilities include paid media, public relations, digital strategy, content, and community management for the company's direct reservation program and volume sales to organizations. He reports to CEO Andrew Kiguel.
Binkowski is president of Large Media LLC and has more than 25 years of marketing experience. The company states he has driven more than $300 million in pre-order and e-commerce sales for clients, including consumer hardware launches for Tile, Osmo, and Sproutling. His prior brand work includes Procter & Gamble, Citi, American Express, and Wells Fargo.
"Echo represents the introduction of a Realbotix direct-to-consumer online strategy," said Kiguel. "David is experienced in launching consumer hardware before and has driven hundreds of millions in e-commerce sales."
Realbotix is a U.S.-based developer of humanoid robots and AI systems, with shares also listed on the Frankfurt exchange under the ticker 76M0.F.
