Radius Aerospace names Tyler Evans as new CEO

Radius Aerospace, Inc., headquartered in Hot Springs, Arkansas, has appointed Tyler Evans as Chief Executive Officer, according to a company statement. Former CEO Tony Johnson will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors.
Evans brings more than 30 years of aerospace and defense experience to the role, having previously served as CEO of Consolidated Boring, which was sold to Applied Aerospace & Defense (NYSE: AADX) during his tenure. Before that, he was President of Missile Solutions at Aerojet Rocketdyne and spent more than two decades at Pratt & Whitney's Military Engines division.

"I look forward to working with the Radius team, Arlington, and the Board to continue investing in our people, processes, and capabilities while delivering the quality, reliability, and responsiveness that our customers expect."
Radius Aerospace is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-area private equity firm. The company manufactures structural components and assemblies for commercial aviation, business jet, military, and industrial gas turbine markets. It operates facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom and employs more than 1,000 people across nearly one million square feet of manufacturing space.
