QuickLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK) announced the appointment of James Sullivan as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 5, 2026, replacing Elias Nader, who resigned September 18, 2026.
Sullivan most recently served as CFO of Peraso Inc., a publicly traded semiconductor company focused on mmWave wireless technology. Before that, he spent 14 years as CFO of MoSys, Inc., a publicly traded fabless semiconductor company. He also held CFO roles at Apptera, Inc. and 8x8, Inc. Sullivan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.
QuickLogic CEO Brian Faith said the company's previously announced third quarter 2026 guidance remains unchanged. Faith attributed four years of contributions to Nader and cited Sullivan's background in advanced wireless, aerospace, defense, and autonomous systems markets as relevant to the company's business areas.
