Pernod Ricard names new finance and tech chief from within
Pernod Ricard (Euronext: RI) announced the appointment of Mauve Croizat as Executive Vice President, Finance & Tech, effective October 1, 2026. She will join the Executive Committee and report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alexandre Ricard.
Croizat succeeds Hélène de Tissot, who is leaving Pernod Ricard after 23 years to become Global Chief Financial Officer of Chanel. De Tissot will depart on September 30, 2026, having spent the past eight years as Executive Vice President, Finance & Tech.
To facilitate the transition, Croizat will assume the role of Group Deputy CFO on August 24, 2026, working alongside de Tissot during the handover period.
Croizat has spent nearly 20 years at Pernod Ricard, holding senior roles across finance, business development, and general management in France, the United States, and Sweden. Her most recent position involved leading the group's global transformation program. She previously served as Vice President Finance & Administration at The Absolut Company and as Chief Executive Officer of Pernod Ricard Sweden and Northern Europe.
Alexandre Ricard said in a statement: "I am delighted to appoint Mauve as Executive Vice President, Finance & Tech. Her career path within Pernod Ricard is a testament to the breadth of talent we have across the Group. Mauve is a proven strategic and operational leader with a track record of building highly successful teams."
