PVH names Alexis Rollier as CFO, effective September 2026

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) has appointed Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer, with the role set to begin in early September 2026, according to a company statement.



Rollier joins from Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, where he has served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Chief Financial Officer since 2018. He spent 14 years at the beauty retailer in total, previously holding roles including CFO for Europe and the Middle East, and CFO and SVP, Operations Americas.



Earlier in his career, Rollier served as Global Chief Financial Officer at Guerlain and held senior finance roles at Kingfisher and LVMH. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and earned an MBA at ESSEC Business School.



In his new role, Rollier will lead PVH's global finance organization and report to Chief Executive Officer Stefan Larsson. He will succeed Melissa Stone, Executive Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, who has served as Interim CFO since January 1, 2026. Stone will continue to lead Global FP&A, reporting to Rollier.



Larsson said in the statement that Rollier brings "deep financial and operational experience, and a strong track record of driving disciplined growth with profit expansion."



PVH operates the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands across more than 40 countries.
