PMA Graphene names Lei Liu as new chief executive officer

PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: PMA), a Hong Kong-based wet trades works company, announced leadership changes effective September 16, 2026, including the appointment of Lei Liu as chief executive officer.

Zhijun Pan resigned as CEO, citing personal work commitments. The company stated the resignation was not the result of any disagreement over operations, policies, or practices. Pan will remain a director and chairman of the board.

Liu, 42, holds over nine years of experience in business management. Most recently, he has served as general manager of Meals Through Seasons Ecological Technology Group since August 2024. Prior to that, he was vice-chairman of Dongfang Zibu Technology Group from December 2021 to June 2024, and vice general manager of Beijing Zhongjian Guokong Inspection Control Technology Group from December 2018 to October 2021.

Liu earned a bachelor's degree in information management and information systems from Hebei University of Economics and Business in 2006, and a master's degree in software engineering from Beihang University in 2014.
