Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (TSXV: ORCL) (OTCQB: ORLCF) appointed Stephanie Lee as vice president legal, effective October 10, 2025, according to a company statement.
Lee brings eight years of experience in corporate finance, securities, and corporate governance, with focus on mining and natural resources clients. She previously worked at a national law firm where she advised public and private issuers on financings, disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
The company's board approved granting Lee stock options to purchase 200,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. The options expire October 10, 2030, and will vest at 12.5% per quarter for two years starting January 10, 2026.
Alex Bayer will step down as chief legal officer effective October 25, 2025, but will remain available as a consultant. The company stated it thanked Bayer for his contributions during his tenure.
Oracle Commodity Holding is a mining royalty company that holds royalties on precious metal and critical mineral mining projects.
