NowVertical names Philip Jones as its new CFO
NowVertical Group Inc. (TSX-V: NOW) has appointed Philip Jones as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Christine Nelson, who stepped down from the role for family reasons, according to a company statement.
Jones joined NowVertical in June 2026 as an advisor to management, providing financial and capital markets support before his appointment as CFO. He is a chartered professional accountant with more than 20 years of experience as a CFO and senior financial leader across public and private companies. His background includes overseeing finance, operations, and administration during periods of growth and international expansion, as well as supporting capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and working with institutional investors.
Nelson served at NowVertical for four years, including two years as CFO. She will remain with the company as an advisor until the end of August 2026.
"Philip brings a valuable combination of hands-on CFO leadership and extensive capital markets experience," said Andre Garber, Interim Chief Executive Officer of NowVertical. "Since joining as an advisor, he has developed a strong understanding of our business and priorities."
