Nature's Sunshine names Ruth Perkins as new CFO, effective Sept. 1

Nature's Sunshine Products (NASDAQ: NATR) announced the appointment of Ruth Perkins as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026.

Perkins will join the company's Growth Leadership Team and oversee its global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, and financial reporting.

Perkins brings more than 20 years of finance experience at global consumer products companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Value Chain Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led financial strategy for the company's global supply chain and research and development organizations. Before that, she spent nearly 18 years at PepsiCo, most recently as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for PepsiCo Beverages North America.

"Ruth brings deep financial leadership experience across complex global consumer businesses, with a strong record of helping organizations improve performance, strengthen operational discipline, and make better strategic decisions," said Ken Romanzi, Chief Executive Officer of Nature's Sunshine.

Perkins holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Nature's Sunshine, based in Lehi, Utah, manufactures and distributes herbal and nutritional supplements in more than 40 countries.
