MobileX appoints Raju Datla as chief financial officer

MobileX, a wireless carrier headquartered in Irvine, California, has appointed Raju Datla as chief financial officer, according to a company press release.

Datla brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, finance, and business strategy. He most recently served as CFO of RedCloud Holdings (NASDAQ: RCT), where he led finance, capital markets, and the company's global expansion. His previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Tillman Fiber and CFO and co-founder of NxtGen Datacenter & Cloud Technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, advising on more than $12 billion in mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity transactions in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

At MobileX, Datla will work with Founder and CEO Peter Adderton on funding, strategic partnerships, and financial strategy.

"Raju understands both the technology and the financial strategy needed to support that ambition," Adderton said. "His experience across telecom and infrastructure, combined with his builder's mindset, makes him a strong addition to our leadership team."

Datla holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
