Legacy Gold names interim CFO after Andrew Dunlop resigns
Legacy Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: LEGY) has appointed Dylan Gravelle as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective September 8, 2026, replacing Andrew Dunlop, who resigned from both roles on the same date.
Gravelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary's University. Since 2021, he has provided CFO services to publicly listed resource companies through a private services company, covering financial statement preparation, budgeting, financial modeling, financing activities, and tax filings.
Dunlop had served as CFO and Corporate Secretary of the Calgary-based company since October 2024.
In connection with the transition, Legacy Gold also reconstituted its Audit Committee, which now consists of Trevor Gabriel as Chair, along with John Gravelle and Mike Michaud.
Legacy Gold is a Canadian gold exploration and development company that holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Baner Gold Mine Property located in Idaho County, Idaho.
