Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced that Jeffrey Kuehling has left the company, with Eliott Trencher assuming the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on an interim basis.

Trencher, who joined Kilroy in 2017, has served as Chief Investment Officer since 2020 and previously held the CFO role from 2022 to 2024. The company stated that Kuehling's departure was not the result of any disagreements related to financial policies, accounting principles, practices, financial statements, or disclosures.

Kilroy has engaged executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to identify a permanent CFO replacement.

In connection with the announcement, the company reaffirmed its 2026 guidance that was issued with its second-quarter 2026 earnings release on July 27, 2026.

Kilroy is a publicly traded real estate investment trust and member of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. As of June 30, 2026, its stabilized portfolio totaled approximately 17.1 million square feet of office and life science space, which was 77.0% occupied and 81.5% leased.
