Inuvo Inc. (NYSE American: INUV) announced the appointment of Rob Buchner as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Buchner worked with Inuvo throughout 2025 in advisory, board, and executive roles before joining as Chief Operating Officer in October 2025. In that position, he conducted a review of talent, operations, product development, capital allocation, and go-to-market priorities.

"Rob has developed a strong understanding of Inuvo's business and market opportunities," said Gordon Cameron, Inuvo Board Member. "His prior experience and success as CEO of both large and small companies, combined with his deep knowledge of the industry Inuvo serves, his proven go-to-market expertise, and his tenure with Inuvo to date, made him the ideal candidate for this critical stage in the company's evolution."

Buchner stated his immediate priorities include accelerating adoption of the company's AI platform IntentKey, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering consumer intent insights for targeted media purchases.

The appointment follows the departure of Richard Howe, who served as Chief Executive Officer for 15 years. Howe will remain on Inuvo's Board of Directors.

Inuvo scheduled a shareholder update for January 28, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time, where Buchner will outline his strategic priorities and vision for the company.

The Little Rock, Arkansas-based company provides artificial intelligence-driven data and advertising technology solutions through its IntentKey AI platform, which the company describes as technology that identifies consumer interest in products and services.
