Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: INSM) announced that Chief Financial Officer Sara Bonstein will step down from her role on October 30, 2026, after nearly seven years with the company. The Bridgewater, N.J.-based biopharmaceutical company said it has begun a search for her successor.
Bonstein will remain in her position through the company's third-quarter 2026 earnings call, scheduled for October 29, 2026. The company said her departure is not related to any disagreement over accounting practices, financial statements, internal controls, or operations.
"After considerable reflection, now is an ideal time for me to pursue my ambition for a broader leadership role," Bonstein said in a statement.
Will Lewis, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Insmed, said Bonstein oversaw the company's finance organization during a period in which Insmed raised more than $4.2 billion in capital.
Alongside the CFO announcement, Insmed reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance. The company expects revenue from BRINSUPRI (brensocatib) in the range of $1.25 billion to $1.40 billion, and revenue from ARIKAYCE (amikacin liposome inhalation suspension) in the range of $450 million to $470 million.
The company said it has engaged an executive search firm to identify Bonstein's replacement. Third-quarter 2026 financial results will be released on October 29, 2026, with a management conference call for investors beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET on the same date.
