Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC) announced it is replacing its Executive Management Committee with a new body called the Henry Schein Leadership Team, and will integrate its global supply chain organization with its global distribution group.

Three senior executives will transition out of their roles effective October 30, 2026. Michael S. Ettinger, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; Mark E. Mlotek, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; and James Mullins, Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain, will each remain in their current positions until that date and then become Senior Advisors to the company.

Chief Executive Officer Fred Lowery said the restructuring is intended to simplify the organization, speed up decision-making, and strengthen customer focus. "By bringing our supply chain teams closer to the customers served by our distribution businesses and enabling direct management of our corporate functions, these changes will further expedite prioritization, accelerate decision making, and advance efforts to simplify our operating model," Lowery said.

Mlotek joined the company more than 30 years ago. Board Chairman William K. Daniel noted the three departing executives represent more than 100 years of combined service to the company.

Henry Schein, headquartered in Melville, N.Y., reported $13.2 billion in sales for 2025 and operates in 34 countries and territories.
