Henry Schein names former ITT executive as new CFO

Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC) announced that Emmanuel Caprais, former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT, Inc. (NYSE: ITT), has been named the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2026.
Caprais will initially join Henry Schein in a Senior Financial Advisor capacity on October 12, 2026, to support a structured leadership transition. He will report to Frederick M. Lowery, Chief Executive Officer.
Current CFO Ronald N. South, who has been with the company for 18 years, including four years as CFO, will transition to a senior advisory role on November 4, 2026.
Caprais held the CFO role at ITT from 2020 until May 2026. His career also includes finance leadership positions at Magneti Marelli and Valeo. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate business degree from ESC Pau in France.
"Emmanuel is a proven financial leader with deep experience in driving operational performance and profitable growth at global businesses," Lowery said in a statement.
Henry Schein also said it anticipates adding two positions to its leadership team: a Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and a new technology leadership role covering artificial intelligence implementation, data, and broader technology needs.
Henry Schein, headquartered in Melville, N.Y., reported $13.2 billion in sales in 2025 and operates in 34 countries and territories.
