Genpact (NYSE: G) announced the appointment of Sumita Pandit as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 9, 2026. Pandit will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Balkrishan "BK" Kalra and join the Genpact Leadership Council, according to a press release.

Pandit succeeds Michael Weiner, who has served as CFO since 2021. Weiner will remain with the company as an advisor through the end of the first quarter of 2027.

Pandit brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology-led growth, profit and loss ownership, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets. She most recently served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Radian Group, where she oversaw the mortgage insurance business and led the finance organization.

Before Radian, Pandit was Chief Operating Officer of dLocal, a global payments company, which she guided through its initial public offering. She previously held the role of Managing Director and Global Head of Fintech Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan and also worked at Goldman Sachs.

"Genpact sits at a rare intersection with decades of deep domain knowledge, a real understanding of enterprise operations, and the technology to fundamentally reimagine work," Pandit said. "I look forward to partnering with BK and the leadership team to invest in and scale this next phase for Genpact to create lasting value for our stakeholders through agentic intelligence."

Kalra credited Weiner for helping strengthen the company's financial foundation. "I want to thank Mike for his leadership and partnership over the past five years," Kalra said.
