Freightos names Yaron Eldad as CFO, effective September 1

Freightos Limited (NASDAQ: CRGO) announced the appointment of Yaron Eldad as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Eldad will report to Chief Executive Officer Pablo Pinillos.

Eldad brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in technology and life sciences. He most recently served as CFO of Evogene Ltd., where he oversaw financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions activity, and organizational restructuring. Previously, as CFO of e-SIM, he led the company's IPO and managed its finances during its time as a Nasdaq-listed company. He also co-founded Yamba Group.

"Yaron brings extensive public-company financial leadership experience, together with strong operational discipline and strategic business judgement," said Pinillos in a statement. "His appointment strengthens our leadership as we continue to focus on execution, profitability, and scalable growth."
