Fathom Realty names Stephanie Verderose VP of growth

Fathom Realty, a subsidiary of Fathom Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FTHM), appointed Stephanie Verderose as Vice President of Growth, according to a company press release. The position is newly created and Verderose will report to Lori Muller, President of Fathom Realty.

Verderose brings 39 years of real estate industry experience to the role, having started her career in 1987. She previously spent 21 years with EXIT Realty Corp., where she earned recognition including Broker of the Year and led her office to Top Office and Franchise of the Year awards in New Jersey.

In her new position, Verderose will focus on agent production, agent attraction and retention, and community development. She holds certifications as a Senior Certified Coach with Workman Success Systems and serves as a licensed real estate instructor in New Jersey and Director of the Real Estate IQ Academy.

"My leadership philosophy has always been centered on expanding teams and maximizing their productivity," said Verderose. "Success is built through strong systems, intentional coaching, and a community that empowers agents."

Muller noted her 18-year working relationship with Verderose, stating the role was designed around Verderose's strengths in driving growth, strengthening agent retention, and building communities.

Verderose has held leadership positions at local, regional, and state levels, including serving as President at both local and regional associations. She has served as a Director with Bright MLS and SJ Shore MLS and participated in National Association of REALTORS® committees.
