FatPipe names former J.P. Morgan banker as CFO

FatPipe, Inc. (NASDAQ: FATN), a provider of SD-WAN and cybersecurity solutions, appointed Kanishka Ragula as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 11, 2026, according to a company statement.

Ragula previously worked in J.P. Morgan's Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco, where he was a member of teams advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and other strategic transactions. Those transactions included Francisco Partners' $1.2 billion acquisition of Jama Software and CData Software's $350 million strategic growth investment from Warburg Pincus. His capital markets work included involvement in StubHub's IPO preparations and PagerDuty's $350 million convertible senior notes placement.

Before the CFO appointment, Ragula served as Director of Finance at FatPipe, where he was involved in financial operations, strategic planning, and investor activities. He held FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 registrations.

Ragula graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer and Information Science from Penn Engineering.

Morgan's Technology Investment Banking group gave him experience across M&A, equity and debt transactions involving some of the world's leading technology companies and investors."

Eric Sherb, the outgoing CFO, will continue to advise FatPipe in a consulting capacity to support the transition.
