Exclusive Networks names Sergio Amodeo as group CFO

Exclusive Networks (Paris: EXN), a cybersecurity distributor, has appointed Sergio Amodeo as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Amodeo joins the executive leadership team and reports to Chief Executive Officer Jesper Trolle. He previously served as Group CFO and board member at Nexture. Before that, he held Group CFO roles at Radisson Hospitality and TeamSystem, and held finance positions at Danone and Procter & Gamble.

Trolle commented on the appointment: "Sergio is an outstanding executive who has led finance functions through complex, high-growth environments across multiple geographies and business models. His expertise, judgment and leadership will be invaluable as we pursue our ambitions and continue to build a business of lasting value for our stakeholders."

Exclusive Networks operates in over 50 countries and serves customers in more than 170 countries.
