Entegris CFO Linda LaGorga to step down in February 2026

Entegris Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG) announced that Chief Financial Officer Linda LaGorga will step down by mutual agreement effective February 28, 2026, according to a company statement.

Mike Sauer, the company's Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, will assume the role of Interim CFO starting March 1, 2026, while maintaining his current responsibilities. LaGorga will serve as a Senior Advisor through May 15, 2026, to support the transition.

Sauer brings 37 years of experience in finance and accounting roles at Entegris. He has served as the company's Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for the past 13 years and previously held positions as Corporate Controller and Director of Treasury and Risk Management.

The semiconductor materials supplier has initiated a search for a permanent CFO with assistance from an executive search firm.

"On behalf of the Board and management team, I'd like to thank Linda for her contributions and commitment to Entegris," said Dave Reeder, President and Chief Executive Officer. "She has played an instrumental role in strengthening Entegris' foundation for the future."

LaGorga said: "It has been a privilege to serve as Entegris' CFO, and I am proud of what the team has accomplished."

The company stated that LaGorga's departure is not due to any disagreement with the company or board regarding operating performance, financial results, accounting principles, practices or financial statement disclosures.

Entegris reaffirmed its fourth quarter 2025 guidance provided in its third quarter results on October 30, 2025. The company has scheduled its fourth quarter 2025 earnings call for February 10, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
