Endava plc (NYSE: DAVA) has appointed Conor McShane of AlixPartners LLP as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately, following the decision to place its existing CFO on administrative leave pending an investigation into accounting practices.
Mark Thurston, who served as chief financial officer, was placed on administrative leave by the company's board of directors, upon recommendation of its Audit Committee. The board initiated an independent outside counsel investigation in response to concerns about the company's accounting treatment of certain customer and supplier agreements and related matters.
McShane, a representative of global business advisory firm AlixPartners LLP, steps into the interim CFO role as the investigation continues.
Endava said it intends to publish its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2026 financial results, and file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for fiscal 2026, by November 2, 2026. The company said it will announce the specific date and time of its earnings release and conference call once they have been scheduled.
The announcement was made by the London-headquartered technology services company via a press release.
