Elauwit Connection names Michele Levingston as VP of customer experience

Elauwit Connection Inc. (NASDAQ: ELWT) appointed Michele Levingston as Vice President, Customer Experience, the company announced February 5.

Levingston brings nearly four decades of telecommunications industry experience, with leadership roles spanning customer success, account management, and customer experience operations. At Elauwit, she will focus on strengthening customer relationships and advancing customer experience across the organization.

"Michele's background bridges decades of experience in customer success, account management, customer care and business operations, giving her a unique perspective that connects strategy with execution," said Taylor Jones, President and CTO of Elauwit.

Levingston stated she looks forward to strengthening partnerships and advancing a consistent experience across the organization in her new role.
