Dexcom adds COO role to CFO Jereme Sylvain's duties

DexCom, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM) announced the promotion of Jereme Sylvain to Chief Operating Officer, a role he will hold alongside his existing position as Chief Financial Officer.

In the expanded role, Sylvain will oversee Dexcom's global operations and quality teams. He joined the company in 2018 and has served as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2021.

"Jereme is an exceptional leader and a valued strategic partner across Dexcom," said Jake Leach, President and CEO. "His deep understanding of our business, operational discipline and customer focus make him the right leader for this expanded role."

The announcement was made according to a company press release.
