DPM Metals names Peter Brady as executive VP and general counsel

DPM Metals Inc. (TSX: DPM, ASX: DPM) has appointed Peter Brady as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Affairs, effective September 28, 2026, according to a company statement.

Brady brings nearly three decades of legal experience in the global mining and metals sector, with expertise in environmental law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and complex transactions.

He most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Lundin Mining, where he led corporate legal, regulatory and governance matters. Before that, he held the role of Chief Legal & Governance Officer at Vale Base Metals. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at McCarthy Tétrault, co-leading its National Environmental, Regulatory and Aboriginal Practice.

Brady holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University and a Master of Arts in environmental law from the University of Windsor, and is admitted to the Bar in Ontario and British Columbia.
