Coursera Inc. (NYSE: COUR) announced that Chief Financial Officer Ken Hahn will transition from his role effective October 29, 2025. Hahn will continue serving in an advisory capacity for 12 months following his departure to facilitate the transition process.

The online learning platform has initiated a search for a permanent successor to replace Hahn, who has served as CFO for five years. During his tenure, Hahn oversaw the company's initial public offering and helped guide the platform as it added 120 million new registered learners.

"Ken's tenure as CFO has shaped our long-term trajectory as a public company," said Greg Hart, Coursera's CEO. "His contributions have been instrumental in guiding our IPO, instilling operational discipline, and strengthening our financial performance and position."

Hahn will participate in the company's third quarter 2025 earnings conference call before stepping down from his CFO duties. The company maintained its previously issued financial guidance for the third quarter and full year 2025.

"It has been deeply rewarding to serve as CFO during a transformative chapter for Coursera," Hahn said. "I am immensely proud of our achievements over the past five years, strengthening our business, scaling our operations, and building an exceptionally talented team."

Coursera plans to release its third quarter financial results after market close on October 23, 2025, followed by a conference call at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The company reported having 183 million registered learners as of June 30, 2025, and partners with over 350 universities and industry organizations to provide online courses and credentials.
