Cielo Waste Solutions names Ivy Chan as new CFO
Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. (TSXV: CMC; OTCQB: CWSFF) has appointed Ivy Chan as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026, replacing Jasdeep K. B. Dhaliwal, who departed the role on the same date.
Chan holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Calgary. She brings more than 25 years of experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors, with a background in large-scale project development, commercial agreements, capital structuring, and joint venture arrangements. Her experience spans energy transition, carbon capture and storage, petrochemicals, pipelines, and infrastructure.
Ryan C. Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of Cielo, said in a statement: "Ivy brings a rare combination to the role. She is an engineer by training with an MBA and experience on large capital projects, which means she understands both what we are building and how it gets financed."
Cielo is a clean fuels project development company focused on sustainable aviation fuel and other low-carbon energy projects in North America.
