CROCS names Patraic Reagan as CFO, reaffirms Q3 guidance

Crocs Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) appointed Patraic Reagan as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 22, 2025. Reagan will succeed Susan Healy, who resigned August 28, 2025, effective immediately.
Reagan brings approximately 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience at global consumer companies. He most recently served as chief financial officer for SharkNinja Inc., a global product design and technology company. Prior to SharkNinja, he spent approximately 14 years at Nike Inc. in various roles including vice president and chief financial officer of Asia Pacific and Latin America from 2022 to 2024.
Reagan will oversee the company's financial strategies, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax and internal audit functions. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Andrew Rees.

Healy has agreed to stay on as an advisor through October 31, 2025, to facilitate a smooth transition. Details of the transition can be found in the company's Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company reaffirmed its third quarter 2025 financial outlook as previously disclosed on August 7, 2025.
Reagan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from University of Cincinnati and a master of business administration from the Kelley School of Business at University of Indiana. His previous experience includes roles at Coach Inc., Ralph Lauren Corporation, Kraft Foods, and Chiquita Brands International.
Broomfield, Colorado-based Crocs operates the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands, selling products in more than 80 countries through wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
