CPI Card Group names new executives in leadership restructuring

CPI Card Group Inc. (NASDAQ: PMTS) announced executive leadership changes effective immediately, according to a company statement.



Rob Dixon was promoted to Chief Digital Officer to lead the company's software-as-a-service instant issuance business and other digital solutions. Peggy O'Leary was named Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and client operations across the enterprise.



Toni Thompson was promoted to Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for operational performance, supply chain strategy, and value creation initiatives. Terra Grantham was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer while maintaining her role as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and Growth.



Ernesto Boada was named Chief Technology Officer, expanding his previous role as Chief Information Officer to include oversight of digital technology products, data platforms, and AI capabilities.



Grantham replaces Jeff Hochstadt as CFO, though Hochstadt will continue in an advisory capacity during the transition. All five executives report directly to President and CEO John Lowe.



The Littleton, Colorado-based payments technology company provides physical and digital payment solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, and other payment providers. The restructuring aims to support the company's expansion into digital solutions and recurring revenue businesses.
