Beach Cities Commercial Bank names Thomas Inserra as CEO

Beach Cities Commercial Bank (OTCQB: BCCB) announced the appointment of Thomas J. Inserra as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2, 2026. The appointment follows regulatory approvals from the FDIC and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.



Inserra will also serve as a board director at the Irvine, California-based community bank. Angela Bienert, chair of the bank's board of directors, made the announcement on behalf of the board.



Prior to joining Beach Cities Commercial Bank, Inserra served as CEO of Integro Bank. His career includes senior executive positions at Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (PMBC), Citibank, and Susquehanna Bank. He previously worked in a regulatory capacity with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Washington, D.C.



At Integro Bank, an FDIC-insured institution based in Phoenix, Arizona, Inserra served as founder, president, CEO, and board member. He holds degrees from Purdue University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.



Beach Cities Commercial Bank provides commercial banking services throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside Counties. The bank offers business banking products including commercial loans, equipment financing, SBA loans, and treasury management services. The bank maintains its headquarters in Irvine and operates a branch office in Encinitas, California.
