BeMetals Corp. (TSXV:BMET)(OTCQB: BMTLF)(Frankfurt:1OI.F) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer John Wilton has resigned effective September 30, 2025, for personal reasons. The mining exploration company has appointed Director and Corporate Secretary Kristen Reinertson as interim CEO while the board searches for a permanent replacement.

Wilton had been with BeMetals since its inception and played a role in advancing the company's current projects. Reinertson, a founding director who has served as an executive officer since 2016, brings 18 years of experience with publicly listed companies in natural resources and emerging technologies sectors.

The company provided updates on its three main projects. The Savant Gold Project in Ontario spans approximately 232 square kilometers in a gold-producing region near the Red Lake and Musselwhite mines. BeMetals is preparing for a 2025 exploration program and engaging with local stakeholders including First Nation groups.

At the Pangeni Copper Project in Zambia, exploration has outlined a 3-kilometer mineralized footprint at the D-Prospect, including the Ingwe Shoot spanning 600 meters within the broader 1.4-kilometer Nkala Zone. The company and its partners are reviewing drill data to refine targeting.

BeMetals has secured an agreement for a partner to option part of its interest in the Kazan Gold Project in Japan. Under this structure, the partner will fund and advance exploration while BeMetals retains project equity exposure.

Chairman Mark Connelly stated that Reinertson's "leadership experience, deep knowledge of the sector, and proven commitment to execution make her the right person to guide BeMetals through this transition."

In connection with her appointment, the company granted Reinertson 300,000 stock options exercisable at $0.05 per share for 10 years, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
