Arya Resources names Roger March as exploration VP

Arya Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RBZ) has appointed Roger B. March, P.Geo., as Executive Vice President, Exploration, according to a company statement. March has served as a director of the company since January 2026.
March brings more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, spanning grassroots exploration through resource definition, feasibility, permitting, and development.
His career includes approximately 15 years with Foran Mining Corporation, where he served 10 years as Vice President and contributed to the advancement of the McIlvenna Bay copper-zinc-silver-gold project in Saskatchewan. During that period, indicated and inferred mineral resources grew from 12.67 million tonnes to 43.10 million tonnes. Foran was acquired by Eldorado Gold Corporation in April 2026 in a transaction implying an equity value of approximately CAD$3.8 billion.
March also spent more than a decade with Cumberland Resources Ltd., where he was part of the team that advanced the Meadowbank Gold Project in Nunavut through feasibility studies while its gold resource grew from approximately 800,000 ounces to more than four million ounces. Cumberland was acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines in 2007 for approximately CAD$710 million.
March holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a registered Professional Geoscientist.
The company also disclosed that 750,000 stock options originally announced on February 3, 2026, have now been issued at an exercise price of $0.75 per option until February 3, 2029. An additional 650,000 options have been granted at $0.50, exercisable until September 15, 2031. All option grants are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Separately, Arya Resources has retained Equinox Analytics Inc. for research and analytic services over a 12-month term for CAD$100,000, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
