Arbe Robotics names Assaf Pereg as new CFO

Arbe Robotics Ltd. (Nasdaq: ARBE) (TASE: ARBE) announced the appointment of Assaf Pereg as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 30, 2026. Pereg succeeds Karine Pinto-Flomenboim, who is departing the company, according to a press release.

Pereg joins Arbe from Ibex Medical Analytics Ltd., where he served as SVP Finance. He previously held the role of Global VP Finance at Nano Dimension Ltd. (LSE: 0A92) and served as CFO at Aquarius Engines Ltd., Become Technological Solutions Ltd., and CyberInt Technologies Ltd. He also held senior finance positions at Top Image Systems Ltd. and Radcom Ltd., and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Pereg holds an MBA in financial management and a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Arbe CEO Ram Machness said, "He joins at a pivotal point for the Company, as we move from development into scaled production and extend our radar technology into new markets beyond automotive."

Arbe is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, with offices in the United States, Germany, and China.
