Alpha Compute names Enzo Villani as president
Alpha Compute Corp. (Nasdaq: ALP) has appointed Enzo Villani as president, effective July 16, 2026, according to a company statement.
Villani, who previously served as executive chairman and chief investment officer, will retain both of those roles alongside the new title. His expanded responsibilities as president include corporate strategy, capital allocation, and operational execution.
The company said the CIO office, which manages investment strategy and balance sheet oversight, will continue to report to Villani. Villani will work alongside Chief Executive Officer Brittany Kaiser and the broader executive leadership team.
"Alpha Compute is built to deliver AI infrastructure at scale, and my new role is about giving that mission the full attention it deserves," Villani said in the statement.
Alpha Compute said it does not expect the leadership change to affect its previously disclosed strategy, operations, or financial guidance.
The company, domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, operates as a GPU infrastructure and confidential-compute technology firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam, and Toronto.
